Developed a multifaceted promotional platform for Fanshawe College’s Fashion Design graduate exhibit. Our team engineered a comprehensive website featuring event logistics, individual student portfolios, and program highlights to drive engagement.
To complement the digital presence, we produced a high-energy teaser video to build anticipation and a curated looping showcase of student work to serve as a visual centerpiece during the live event.

Challenges
As a rebranded event, we faced a total lack of legacy assets, requiring us to build a visual identity from scratch. Additionally, I managed the complexities of client communication and team coordination, streamlining frequent meetings to ensure all stakeholders were aligned throughout the creative process.
Solution
We addressed the asset gap by capturing original photo and video content at student fittings. I ensured project success through frequent progress checks and providing hands-on support to teammates, maintaining a smooth workflow from production to final delivery.
Result
Delivered a polished, multi-platform promotional campaign while simultaneously managing client relations and team coordination. This dual role ensured that the creative motion design stayed perfectly aligned with the project’s strategic goals, resulting in a successful and professional event launch.
Learnings
1.
Managing a rebranding project taught me the importance of proactive leadership. I learned how to identify technical bottlenecks early and step in with hands-on support, balancing long-term project timelines with the immediate needs of my teammates.

Learned to maintain a unified aesthetic across different formats, from high-energy teasers to long-form event loops. By developing an efficient asset pipeline, I ensured the motion graphics were visually striking and technically optimized for live event playback.
